Business Administration Apprenticeship

3R Projects are looking for a Level 3 Admin Apprentice to support office- based activities within our organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to experience a varied range of administration activities, supporting with Business Administration and Customer Service duties.

Job Role – key Duties include:

  • Working within the office and project management team,
  • Filling out worksheets and organising labour onsite,
  • Supporting with Health & Safety documentation,
  • Answering the business landline,
  • Taking messages and printing of job packs,

Othe basic administration tasks

  • Day to day admin tasks to support the daily running of the office
  • Answering calls and directing to the relevant staff
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Reviewing accuracy of supplier paperwork
  • Supporting the maintenance of our quality system

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities within his/her capabilities as reasonably directed by the line manager.

Monday to Friday hours - Mon-Friday (8.30am - 16.30pm)

Skills Required: The successful candidate will have good communication skills, both verbal and written and a good range of IT skills using Microsoft Office.

Personal Qualities Required: Good Listener, Timekeeping, Respect in the workplace, communication skills, team work.

Completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
