You will be mainly field-based spending time inside properties to conduct your role across Stoke on Trent and Newcastle.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Property Inventories and Check-outs
- Property visits (Inspections) at tenanted properties
- Health & Safety Compliance checks and recording maintenance issues
- Communicating and coordinating with different clients
