Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice

The job role includes all Customer Service duties.

With a focus on adding value, the role of Customer Service practitioner will contribute to the efficiency of our organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.

• Understand the needs and priorities of customers. • Know appropriate legislation & policies. • Develop a customer focused experience. • Develop excellent customer service skill.

Working Hours Rota basis over 5 days to include Saturday. 08.30am to 5.45pm with a 1 hour lunch , Saturday is until 5pm .

Skills Required: IT skills, attention to detail, able to follow instructions, work in a team, good mathematical skills along with good communication skills.

Personal Qualities Required: Good Listener, Timekeeping, Respect in the workplace, communication skills
