Head Chef

As a Head Chef you will be leading a large team from the front. You will have a real creative flair and get a kick out of a busy service. Ensuring your team are providing fantastic food for our guests at pace and under pressure. You will also ensure your team are up to date with training and service standards.

Taking responsibility for the day to day running and profitability of the kitchen, you will analyse and track all financial aspects of the business such as budgets, labour and stocks, whilst looking at how to maximise gross profit margins.

You will have full accountability for the performance of the kitchen and will be comfortable delegating responsibility to your management team to ensure they are assisting you in achieving the best results. You will also be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is compliant with all health & safety standards.
