Junior Sous Chef

As a Junior Sous Chef you will be organised, focused and raring to go. You will be supporting your Head Chef and Management team in leading, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver fantastic quality dishes at pace every time.

You will play a key role in the overall performance of the kitchen with a focus on ensuring all dishes are produced to the highest standard and to specification.
