As a Senior Sous Chef, you will form part of the management team with the control and responsibility of ensuring the team is working as one. You will also take an active role in mentoring across all levels to build a stable and honest working environment. Supporting your Head Chef in daily tasks and running the operation comfortably in the Head Chef’s absence.
