Apprentice Business Administrator

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop with the ability to multitask successfully. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and be flexible in their approach to tasks. Attention to detail is essential, alongside the ability to move from one task to another, working with and supporting the wider team in a variety of admin tasks. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily Sales order Input
  • Setting up new product codes
  • Liaising with suppliers for prices and checking stock availability
  • Checking with suppliers for due dates for orders raised
  • Coding of new pricing documents
  • Colleague
  • Filing
  • Franking, sorting and recording outgoing mail ready for collection
  • Work as required for your Manager
  • Photocopying
  • Assisting other team members in monitoring incoming emails during holiday periods
  • Any other administration duties required
  • Filing (Delivery notes)
  • Data input (delivery discrepancies)
  • Monitor Purchasing inbox and distribute
  • Run Stock exceptions and transfer notes

Qualifications/ Training

Successful applicants will complete an Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 and where necessary functional skill English and Maths Level 2.

Salary: From £4.81 per hour
