Job Description
- To provide excellent customer service in person and on the telephone.
- Day to day administration tasks, and attending to visitors and customers at all levels.
- Calculate receive fees and issue receipt for payment.
- Use Sage accounts ( full training will be provided)
- Produce customer invoices and similar accountancy function.
- Manage credit control and chase bad debt.
- Participate in new initiatives and future changes in service delivery improvements.
- Make appointments for operatives when visiting customers premises .

- Good communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
- Basic numeracy and written skills .
- Personal qualities required for the apprenticeship.
- Flexible, enthusiastic,can-do approach.
- Good work ethic,passion and the right attitude to work .
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above preferred.
Apprenticeship will be provided by Stepping Stones Education and Training .
