Business Administration Apprentice

Job Description

  • To provide excellent customer service in person and on the telephone.
  • Day to day administration tasks, and attending to visitors and customers at all levels.
  • Calculate receive fees and issue receipt for payment.
  • Use Sage accounts ( full training will be provided)
  • Produce customer invoices and similar accountancy function.
  • Manage credit control and chase bad debt.
  • Participate in new initiatives and future changes in service delivery improvements.
  • Make appointments for operatives when visiting customers premises .

  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions.
  • Basic numeracy and written skills .
  • Personal qualities required for the apprenticeship.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic,can-do approach.
  • Good work ethic,passion and the right attitude to work .
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above preferred.

Apprenticeship will be provided by Stepping Stones Education and Training .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £4.81 per hour


8 hour shift
