This is an exciting role for anyone who wants to develop their administrative skills and work within the third sector. The role will be working within the charity to support with all administrative duties. The successful candidate will be the first contact for many of our families and supporters, good communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential. The candidate will need to be organised and have impeccable time management skills.
• Meet and Greet Visitors. • Manage email inbox. • Process donations and update the fundraising and HR database. • Support with donor communications and retention. • Manage and update relevant spreadsheets. • Liaise with supporters. • Answer Phone Calls. • Assist with organising events. • Carry out other, reasonable duties
