This course will provide you with the opportunity to gain experience and obtain a level 2 qualification in Business Improvement Techniques. During this course, you will closely work with your assessor to produce a portfolio containing numerous pieces of evidence of practical and theoretical work. There are two options for pathways, these include: Pathway A - Process Improvement and Pathway B - Quality Improvement.

It is applicable to a variety of work environments and covers topics such as promoting additional products and/or services to customers, carrying out customer service handovers and resolving customer service problems.
