You will learn to utilize all of the skills and systems around you to provide development both on a personal level and for the business to continue succeeding.

What will you learn
  • BIIAB Level 5 Diploma in Management

    This course is available only to employees who are in a Management role which provides opportunities for gathering appropriate evidence to match against the outcomes. You will undertake an initial assessment to determine the appropriate QCF level and optional units. This advanced course gives new and more experienced managers the skills to carry out defined management activities including performance management, people development and operational planning. It also develops the learners understanding of the importance of management and the principles of business.

  • Highfield Functional Skills Qualification in English at Level 2

    This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop their skills in English to help them gain the most from work, education and everyday life.

  • Highfield Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics at Level 2

    This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop their skills in mathematics to help from work, education and everyday life.

  • Highfield Functional Skills Qualification in ICT at Level 2

    This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop their skills in ICT to help from work, education and everyday life.


Duration: 24 Months

Course Units

The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding of the key principles of management and leadership. You will learn how to set objectives with team members and delegate work whilst being able to promote quality in the workplace.
This unit aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to design business processes. Upon completion of this unit, learners will have developed an understanding of techniques and tools that support the design of business processes. Learners will be able to develop and evaluate business processes.
